These terms govern your use of Monoframe, including monoframe.io, app.monoframe.io and client portals
that suppliers run on their own web address. By creating an account or using Monoframe you agree to them.
If you use Monoframe for a business, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it, and
“you” includes that business.
1The service
Monoframe is software that helps real estate media businesses (“suppliers”) and the real estate businesses
they work for (“companies”) manage bookings, scheduling, editing, delivery and invoicing. We keep improving
it, so features may change. Features marked as beta or preview may change or be removed without notice.
2Accounts
Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your sign-in details secure and don’t share them. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Businesses are responsible for the staff they invite, the roles and permissions they give them, and removing access when someone leaves.
We review new supplier sign-ups and company sign-ups before approving them, and we may decline an application.
3Subscriptions and fees
Fees are those shown in Monoframe when you subscribe, or otherwise agreed with us in writing. Prices include or exclude GST as stated.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails and isn’t fixed within the grace period, we may restrict access until it’s paid.
We don’t refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
We’ll give you reasonable notice before changing our prices.
4Work between suppliers and companies
Monoframe helps suppliers and companies work together, but we aren’t a party to the arrangement between
them. The supplier is responsible for the media services it provides and the prices it charges; the
company is responsible for its bookings and for paying the supplier. Invoices issued through Monoframe are
issued by the supplier. Monoframe records payments but doesn’t collect or hold money between suppliers
and companies.
5Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Monoframe, including media, documents and job details (“your content”).
You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run Monoframe for you. That includes making previews, thumbnails, watermarked and resized copies, zip downloads and delivery pages, and sharing content with the people you choose.
You’re responsible for having the rights and consents your content needs, including permission to photograph and publish properties, consent from people who appear in media, and authority to share the personal details of vendors, tenants and staff.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6Acceptable use
Don’t use Monoframe to:
break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
access, or try to access, data that isn’t yours or your business’s;
interfere with the service, test its security, or run load tests against it without our written permission;
copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell Monoframe, except as the law allows or we agree in writing;
upload malware or get around usage limits or access controls.
7Third-party services
Some features rely on other services, such as Google Calendar, Google Maps and Stripe. When you use them,
their terms also apply. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and features that rely on them may
change if those services change.
8Availability and support
We work to keep Monoframe available and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or
error-free. We may need downtime for maintenance and will try to schedule it outside business hours.
Support is available by email at [email protected].
9Your data and backups
We keep backups of the service, but they’re for disaster recovery, not a substitute for your own records.
Keep your own copies of anything important; you can download your media at any time while your account
is active.
10Suspension and ending
You can stop using Monoframe at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, has unpaid fees, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When an account closes, we’ll give you a reasonable opportunity to download your content before we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Sections that by their nature should continue, such as fees owed, confidentiality, limits of liability and indemnity, continue after an account closes.
11Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of
these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
12Consumer law and warranties
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or
other laws that can’t be excluded. Subject to those rights, Monoframe is provided as is and as available,
and we give no other warranties. Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer
guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it
supplied again.
13Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows:
we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data;
our total liability to you for all claims in connection with Monoframe is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or from your breach of these
terms, except to the extent we caused them.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll show the new effective date at the top, and tell account holders about
significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Monoframe after
changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive
jurisdiction.
